About Me

I have been immersed in the teachings of yoga and meditation for over 20 years. After discovering the profound power of these practices to create inner peace, my life’s purpose became clear – guiding others to find the same depth of mind-body awareness.

I spent a decade in India and Nepal training in diverse practices like Hatha yoga, Vinyasa flow, sound healing, Reiki and Ayurvedic therapies. I had the privilege of learning from renowned teachers both ancient and modern.

After synthesizing this diverse knowledge, I returned home eager to share these sacred teachings. I began serving students and saw the incredible impact yoga and meditation had in their lives. My mentoring style meets each student where they are, gently guiding them on a journey to their highest self.

When I am not working with clients, I continue my own daily meditation practice, write on holistic topics, and spend time in nature and with my community. I feel abundantly blessed to have manifested a purpose-filled life sharing ancient wisdom for modern inner peace.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How often should I meditate for best results?

A: For beginners, aim for 5-10 minutes once or twice daily. With time, build up to 20-30 minute sessions. Meditating first thing in the morning and in the evening are great options. Even just a few mindful minutes can make a big difference!

Q: What is the difference between Hatha and Vinyasa yoga?

A: Hatha focuses on holding poses over time for stretch and strength. Vinyasa links poses together fluidly through synchronized breath, generating internal heat. Try both to see what resonates!

Q: Are there dietary recommendations to support my practice?

A: Avoid heavy meals before practice. A plant-based diet high in fresh fruits/veggies is ideal. Stay hydrated and limit stimulants. Listen to your body’s needs. An Ayurvedic cleanse can be very regenerative.
