I have been passionate about helping people to fulfil their potential since I was a teenager. Striving to be the best I could be and always helping others who were open to better ways of living life.
I am a fully qualified Life Coach with almost 15 years in the wellness industry, supporting women to get back the balance in their lives.
I also have a background in fashion and beauty and worked in retail for a number of years. I believe that how we look and how we feel are intrincintly linked and therefore I include styling in my coaching studio sessions.
I work either 1:1 or in my membership, plus I have lots of free resources including an E-Book focused on Lifestyle Balance.
I also have an online course which has 10 modules of video content guiding you through a masterclass in how to achieve lifestyle and happiness balance in your life.

Q: What are your prices?
A: For beginners, aim for 5-10 minutes once or twice daily. With time, build up to 20-30 minute sessions. Meditating first thing in the morning and in the evening are great options. Even just a few mindful minutes can make a big difference!
Q: Do you offer a refund policy?
A: Hatha focuses on holding poses over time for stretch and strength. Vinyasa links poses together fluidly through synchronized breath, generating internal heat. Try both to see what resonates!
Q: How many sessions do you think I'll need?
A: Avoid heavy meals before practice. A plant-based diet high in fresh fruits/veggies is ideal. Stay hydrated and limit stimulants. Listen to your body’s needs. An Ayurvedic cleanse can be very regenerative.
